Economic forum storage Helgoland

§ 1 Registration

Due to attendance being limited, please register early at www.wfo-helgoland.com. There is no entitlement to participation if overbooked. Registrations are processed in the order they were received. Registration ends at August 30, 2016. Registering after this date may no longer guarantee access to the event.

 § 2 Services

The event fee is per person and event date, plus mandatory sales tax. It includes event documentation, 2 x lunches, festive dinner, all beverages and snacks during breaks, presentations and a sightseeing flight over the offshore power stations off Heligoland. Any accommodations and travel costs are not part of the event.

 § 3 Attendance fee

The attendance fee is:

Forum ticket for 9/01-02/2016 for government visitors:

EUR 790.- (before VAT)

 

Forum ticket for 9/01-02/2016 for business visitors:

EUR 1250.- (before VAT) as of 06/10/2016

EUR 1,450.- (before VAT) as from 06/11/2016

 § 4 Payment

You will receive an invoice within 14 days of registration. Payment is due immediately upon receipt, without deductions.

 § 5 Cancellation

The cancellation fee is 250.- EUR up to 14 days prior to the event. Between 13 to 4 days before the event 50% of the ticket fee is payable. As of 4 days prior to the event the full amount is payable. We will gladly accept a substitute attendant for no additional fee.

§ 6 Cancellation of forum

If the event cannot be held due to acts of nature, malfunctions at the venue or due to insufficient attendance, participants will promptly be informed. A reimbursement of up to 40% of the registration fee can be granted. Claims for compensation of travel costs and accommodations as well as loss of salary is excluded.

 § 7 Data privacy

Please note your information will be stored and processed on our computer system for additional processing, processing of contract and implementation of the forum. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties.
